The Ardeth Group has been purchased by a BIMBO team, led by Nick Catt, for a multi million pound sum. Ardeth specialises in the manufacture and installation of pressure vessels and pipe-work systems for the petrochemical and process equipment industries (www.ardeth.co.uk). Nick Catt who was Managing Director of Tyco Valves UK has co-invested with members of Ardeth's second tier management.
BlueSky assisted Nick Catt and his team in raising finance and project managing the deal through to completion.
