Breeze House Company has been bought for £5 million by a BIMBO team led by Steve Barker. Breeze House is engaged in the manufacture of high quality timber buildings (www.breezehouse.co.uk). Steve Barker who had previously held senior positions within Kingfisher, Baxi and Harcross Timber supplies has co-invested with Breeze House's current production director, Chris Peck.

BlueSky introduced the opportunity to the BIMBO team and assisted the team in raising finance and project managing the deal through to completion.

The deal was funded by Richard Gandy of the Co-operative bank with legal advice provided by Damian Collinge of Lee & Priestley Solicitors in Leeds.
