Tom Keeping has acquired Four Seasons Control Limited in a multi million pound Management Buy-In/Buy-Out. Four Seasons Control Limited is a designer, installer and maintainer of air conditioning units and air conditioning systems for the retail and commercial sectors.

Tom Keeping, who has previously held senior roles within Integral and Initial, has co-invested with Peter Singh and Adrian Butcher.

BlueSky assisted Tom Keeping in the identification of the opportunity and helped in raising finance and project managing the deal to a successful conclusion.
