Cameron Varley - Director
Cameron has 12 years corporate finance experience having previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton. Cameron is experienced in all aspects of corporate transactions but has specific expertise in buy-side transactions having been lead advisor to over 40 management teams/companies.
Cameron is Managing Director of BlueSky Corporate Finance Limited and focuses on corporate acquisitions, private equity transactions and Management Buy -Outs.
Lee Wojtkiw - Director
A graduate of the University of Bradford Management School Lee has 9 years corporate finance experience having previously worked for a corporate finance boutique in Leeds.
Lee has specific expertise in Management Buy-Ins/Management Buy-Outs. Lee completed his first transaction as lead advisor at the tender age of 26 and since then has helped over 20 management teams in achieving their acquisition goals.
Lee is primarily responsible for managing BlueSky's Management Buy-In client base as well as deal origination.
